Phish: Riviera Maya 2020 Package Overview

The only way to attend Phish: Riviera Maya is by purchasing one of the all-inclusive packages on this site. Individual concert tickets will not be available. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. It is recommended that you explore the option of purchasing Travel Insurance. If you are buying a package as a gift, please put the name of the guest in the Will Call Name section of the purchase process. You must be 18 years of age to purchase a package. There is special pricing available for children.

All packages are for one (1) to eight (8) people and include:
- 4, 5 or 6 All-Inclusive Nights at the Moon Palace Cancún
- All 4-Night packages check in on Thursday, February 20th and check out on Monday, February 24th
- All 5-Night packages check in on Wednesday, February 19th and check out on Monday, February 24th OR check in Thursday, February 20th and check out on Tuesday, February 25th
- All 6-Night packages check in on Wednesday, February 19th and check out on Tuesday, February 25th
- Admission into the venue for each night of the show. Please note music starts on Thursday, February 20th with a welcome set. Performances on all other evenings will include 2 sets of music.

Children’s Packages

You can bring kids to Phish: Riviera Maya. Ideally, your own. However, if you would like to bring children older than infants (ages 4-12), you will need to pay for them via the procedure described below. Please note, anyone 13 years or older at the time of event needs to pay full price.

You will be able to add on any additional infants and/or children to any room-types that allow them during the purchase process, availability permitting. Please check the children’s occupancy grid HERE in order to make sure you choose a package that allows you to bring your desired family members.
A birth certificate/government-issued I.D. will be needed at check-in for all children.

Please note: children will not receive merchandise as part of their Phish: Riviera Maya packages. They already have enough toys.

Waitlist

During the alumni pre-sale, there will be no waitlist, as additional packages will become available during the general on-sale. If a package sells out during the general on-sale, it may open to the waitlist. This will be reflected in the package grid – the purchase buttons will turn into red “waitlist” buttons. If a package you want is listed on the waitlist, please use the waitlist button next to that specific package on the pricing grid to sign up. Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee a package. The only way to guarantee a package is to purchase one of the available packages. The only way to guarantee a snackage is to purchase snacks. If your preferred package becomes available we will allow you to change packages. In this instance, we would refund your original order if selected for a waitlist package. Please note: in order for us to refund the original order, the billing information must be exactly the same for both packages. The waitlist cannot be used to downgrade packages. Please note again: This process only applies to packages that may sell out during the general on-sale, and not for packages during the alumni pre-sale.

Purchase FAQ

When will I be able to purchase?
A limited number of packages will be offered for Phish: Riviera Maya alumni from 1PM to 10PM ET on Tuesday, June 25th. Additional packages will go on sale to the general public beginning Wednesday, June 26th at 1PM ET.

Where will I purchase?
Once packages are on-sale, you can purchase right on this page. At the time packages become available, simply refresh that page. The bed-type buttons on the furthest right 2 columns of the packages grid will become live purchase buttons. Simply click on the one you want. Please note: Packages cannot be purchased over the phone.

What happens if the buttons don’t work at EXACTLY the time they should? What’s my best option?
Your best option is to refresh the page again, or until they do work. If they aren’t working for you, they wouldn’t work for others, but that being said – we don’t expect there to be any issues!

What happens after I click the button?
The following process is seamless and obvious during the purchase process itself. There’s no need to memorize or prepare for the process, but for your reference:

If available, a little bubble will pop-up to describe the package to be purchased. Click the blue “plus” button. Another blue button that says “Buy Tickets” will come on the bottom right. Click that.
You’ll then be prompted to create a ticketing account. Don’t worry – you’ll have PLENTY of time to make one and it’ll be short and easy. You cannot make a ticketing account beforehand, but, once again, making one during the purchase process won’t put you at any sort of risk.
After making the ticketing account, you’ll be prompted for a phone number. This should be the number for the person who will be the lead guest on the order. If you, the purchaser, are not that guest – you should put his/her number. Click continue.
Another bubble will pop-up to prompt for the Will Call Name. This is the name of the actual guest who is attending. If you, the purchaser, are buying this for someone else – put the other person’s name in this field.
You’ll be prompted to give your billing information. On the left-hand side of this page, there’s another, smaller blue button that says “+ Use Payment Plan” – click that button if you want to use the payment plan. You’ll be prompted to agree to it. Agree if you want it!
Click “confirm purchase”.
You’re done! You’ll get a confirmation email saying as much.

What happens if I click the button but there are no packages to purchase?
That means that all available packages are currently in people’s carts. There’s always a chance someone drops it from the cart, but we’d advise trying your hand at a new package. Once a package officially sells out, we’ll reflect that on the packages page.

Can I give more than one credit card?
Nope! You can only supply one card during the purchase process, but you may switch your card for future payment plan installments by logging into your tixr account.

Can I pay for more than one payment installment during the initial purchase process?
Unfortunately not. Only the first installment can be made during the purchase process. Each installment should be made based on the payment plan dates.

Moon Palace
