Phish: Riviera Maya

Phish: Riviera Maya is a 4, 5 or 6-night all-inclusive concert vacation featuring Phish performing for four nights on the beach including a welcome set on Thursday night and a special early evening start time on Sunday in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. The concerts take place at the Moon Palace Cancún, an all-inclusive resort sitting on a mile-long stretch of white sand, featuring breathtaking landscapes, a Jack Nicklaus signature 27-hole golf course and pools scattered throughout the property. You must reserve a room at the Moon Palace or The Grand at Moon Palace in order to attend. Both resort properties offer a variety of restaurants, multiple bars and daily activities, all included in your package price. Spend your days lounging by the pool and beach, explore the nearby town of Puerto Morales, or partake in exciting off-site adventures. Each night guests staying at the Moon Palace will walk out of their rooms and take a short stroll to the beach to see Phish. There’s really nothing like it. Maybe like one or two other things.

The Resort

From dawn to dusk, the energy of the Moon Palace is palpable. Go ahead, palp it. Ranked among the top resorts in Cancún on TripAdvisor, the Moon Palace has three unique sections: Sunrise, Nizuc and The Grand. The property features a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, lavish swimming pools, a state of the art fitness center with private yoga, pilates and spin class, the signature AWE Spa, multiple dining destinations and bars, an ultra-chic nightclub, and so much more. Each room is the perfect escape after an amazing night out. Amenities include complimentary wifi, all-inclusive 24-hour room service, world class spirits, indulgent bath products, snacks and a whirlpool tub. A variety of guest rooms and suite options are available with ocean and resort views.

The Venue

Each night, concertgoers will stroll down the sand to our one-of-a-kind beachfront venue. Once inside the gates, guests will experience a unique blend of curated food, art and performance as they wander to our main stage, which sits just a few feet away from the Caribbean Sea. All-inclusive regional fare including tacos and nightly rotating vegetarian options will be provided in addition to some of our favorite Mexican snacks and desserts. Our roaming wait staff will ensure the beverages are flowing all night so you don’t even need to move for your next drink! Guests are encouraged to kick their shoes off, put their toes in the sand, dance in the water and explore the many surprises that await, including custom art installations, photo ops and of course, the music! One of a kind custom event merchandise will be available for purchase so you can take a piece of the beach home with you (figuratively, not literally, leave the beach where it is please! Anyone caught taking the beach home will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.).

Whether you’re looking to tan on the beach or cool off by the pool, the Moon Palace offers a variety of exciting activities for you to take part in during the day. Here’s a taste of our 2020 activities:

AWE Spa – world class spa service on-site at both resort properties.
Tequila Tastings – educate yourself on Mexico’s favorite adult beverage!
Craft Beer Tastings – learn about our local partners while wetting your lips with their full collection of beers.
Water Tastings – There are sinks and water fountains everywhere! Indulge!
Daily Yoga Sessions – early morning yoga in an open-air environment.
Beach Games – spike ball, corn hole and more of our favorites will be provided for your gaming pleasure.
Mini Golf – if Jack Nicklaus’ course isn’t your speed, try one of the two mini golf courses on the resort property.
Wired Lounge – escape the sun by visiting one of three arcades on-site to play your favorite classics as well as PS4 & XBox.

Riviera Maya

The Riviera Maya is a famous section of coastline along Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. Originally known to its Maya inhabitants as Nizuc (and to its close friends as “Nic”), it stretches from our home at the Moon Palace in the North, to Tulum in the South. Surrounded by the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, this area is a place rich in history and culture, built upon breathtaking and diverse landscapes. From city to jungle to coast, countless sites await, such as magnificent barrier reefs, ancient Mayan ruins, and your tour guide Benito. There is no shortage of sites to see or adventures to embark on throughout this spectacular region of Mexico.
